    All Diamonds sold at Amidon Jewelers are purchased either from MWT Government Certified Canadian sources or through the Diamond Trading Company (DTC) distribution channel.

What is your Return Policy?

Items that are in new, un-worn condition, that have not been modified in any way may be returned for refund, credit or exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase.  Special restrictions may apply to certain items.  ONLINE RETURN POLICY


Do you Buy Jewelery?

In general, we do not purchase items from the public for resale.  We do, however, work with various sources including other jewelers and estate houses and can arrange for the sale of your item(s) and/or broker merchandise for those customers interested in selling their jewelery.


Do you appraise Jewelery?

We reccommend an independent appraser.  Check with us for more information.


Do you take trade-ins?

Amidon Jewelers offers a trade-up policy on diamonds purchased from our stores.  We also will accept items from other sources as trade-ins toward the purchase of Amidon Jewelers products.


Who designs your jewelery?

Amidon Jewelers offers Jewelery from branded designers such as Lois Hill and Hearts on Fire.  We also have designs from regional and local artists, large manufactures, and speciality product fabricators.  Additionally, we can custom-design a fine piece of jewelry for you or take an exsisting design and modify it to your taste and or needs.

Do you offer discounts?

Amidon Jewelers makes it a general policy not to discount.  Instead, Amidon Jewelers works hard to offer products at the lowest possible prices.  We belong to the largest jewelry buying group in the world (70 Jewelers representing more than a billion dollars worth of sales) which means that our buyers are exposed to a wide variety of merchandise at prices far below what the average jeweler might pay.  We pass these savings on to consumers and always price competitively, knowing that consumers have many options, incuding online retailers and local competitors. 

Certain items that we have overstocked or discontinued styles are routinely sold off at a substantial discount, sometimes below our cost.  Visit our stores to see our close-out merchandise.
