At Amidon Jewelers, our Assurance Plan helps protect your purchase and gives you lasting peace of mind. It covers maintenance of the item for the lifetime of the item, up to the original purchase price. As our gift to you, loss or theft coverage is included for the first year. You may also renew the plan to extend that coverage.
Complementary Sizing:
Amidon Jewelers offers one complimentary first sizing with your purchase, when possible. Rings that are special ordered in your specific size are excluded.
Within 30 days of purchase, we will resize your ring once at no charge when the ring design allows it.
Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Policy:
You may trade in your diamond stud earrings or diamond engagement ring toward a new purchase of a like item, when eligible. Qualified pieces may receive their original purchase price toward a new item valued at least double the trade in amount.
Free Lifetime Cleaning and Inspections:
Bring your diamond or color gemstone jewelry into Amidon Jewelers as often as you wish for a complimentary professional cleaning and inspection.
Repair Warranty
Amidon Jewelers warranties repair work for 12 months from the repair date, unless otherwise noted. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship related to the repaired portion of the item only. It does not apply to the entire item.
